Kansas City may seem like a place where most people don't go. It may seem out in the middle of no where, but it's not. It has turned into a city of lights over the years. Now the city is full of the University students, and although the teachers and staff at the school like to believe the students are all good little children, they do enjoy partying and getting out quite alot. Here, in Kansas City, anything can happen.
